If they actually played it at the RNC, it would prove, once and for all, what a bunch of brainless dorks they actually are! Starship and the writers SHOULD allow them to play it, because it is a total embarrassment.

5. The GOP will play whatever song they want, then deal with the

aftermath with a pithy apology (after they've been told never to play a certain song again). By then it's too late to do anything; the 'musical moment' they wanted is over. They've done this many times.
