I wonder how that would go? Would they even tell papa todd? What would todd advise them to do? Would he tell his daughters that if they were legitimately raped then they have nothing to fear, and won't get pregnant?

Would he tell his daughters to do the right, Christian thing and carry to full term and just deal with it? Would he secretly pay for an abortion to save his daughter from public disgrace? Would he try to explain to them the many variations and shades of rape?

Would he shame them for wearing too sexy clothing and being responsible for their own rape? Would he tell them that getting an abortion guarantees them a permanent place in hell?

Would he remind them that the female body has ways of shutting pregnancy down, and that the stork brings babies? Would he tell them that they themselves were found under cabbage leaves?

Would he tell his wife or daughters that they'd brought shame to the family by being raped and stoning them to death like in the bible? Would he call them sluts like rush limbaugh would?

I'm just trying to understand how Mrs. Akin and her two daughters can justify what toddy believes in his heart? I'm also trying to understand how ANY woman, of ANY political persuasion could possibly support such a maniac in our very government?

Tell me Mr. todd, how would YOU PERSONALLY handle it if a woman in your OWN family were raped? I know how you want to deal with all other women in the whole world, but what about your own wife or daughters man? Pull your head out of your ass and answer me that you ridiculous prick.

Let's say Akin's teenaged daughter was raped by a man who was NOT blond-blue-eyed...and the "secretions" failed her..

How many minutes would pass before they got her the "morning after pill"?
How many days later would she receive a "D & C" or "menstrual extraction"?

Would he really force her to bear that child?

Maybe he would hold true and force her to bear the child, but the ONE thing he would be able to do is to "keep it in the family", because his family has the financial means to keep it that way.

A poor woman or struggling student who has $28.00 in her checking account,(and probably no health insurance) has no other option, but to rely on the ability to get help with her dilemma. She may also live in a state that has made any option other than bearing the child, unavailable to her.. By definition, she "asked for it".
