ORLANDO The Orlando Sentinel will temporarily suspend its online paywall, giving users unrestricted access to news stories and other online information as Hurricane Issac nears Florida.
Newspaper executives made the decision to ensure that Central Florida residents can easily access the staff's reporting and stories as the storm approaches the state even if they do not have an online subscription to OrlandoSentinel.com.

(94,581 posts)Unless their writers and editors are working for free, or you definitively know that they're covering all their expenses with advertising, why not pay for the content you're consuming?
