immigrant groups. Scare them away from each other. Too many people of colour in the urban ridings to do the white people are under attack thing. They've already test run it in Markam near Toronto. When the city of Toronto put up some illegal immigrants in hotels in Markam because of overflow, Chinese Canadians were given prepared signs and told to demonstrate against it. Some of them were crying on camara they were so afraid of illegal immigrants in their suburb and crime. Plus their is inclusive sex ed that will terrorize many newer immigrant communities. Point is the conservatives are going to have to keep this micro-targeted terrorism very local. If it makes the city news or the national news it will all come undone. Shhhhh! 
I am actually confident in newer Canadians. I was in the hospital visiting my dad when I overheard an orderly with an accent explain to a patient he was wheeling in that social programs in canada were mostly started in the early 1970s and to beware of the false narrative spread to undo them and us. That we have to stick together. Plus I've had a few immigrants (middle westerners originally) tell us we canadians are too kind. Too trusting. (I'm white) So hopefully those people will see through the conservatives like black people see through the GOP, with xray vision.
Because freedom, justice and prosperity are so hard.......
He forgot (in two hours) to tell us what he'll give us: a new war or two, lives full of new fears, more capitalistic servitude with worsening inequality, a destroyed environment, worsening health care, little or no chance of comfortable retirement....(list could go on for pages).
