Fortunately for us, we still do live in a democracy (much of "how long" depends on YOU!) and there are defenders of it that are going to battle every day for us. The Democrats are now informing us too with daily press conferences, Twitter comments, talk show rounds, and emails. They’re taking full advantage of all the modes of communication now.

5. Yeah, the systematic cutting off of information to the press

It’s quite deliberate. The only “official” White House comments to the press are now given by Trump as he trots off to his rallies.

Fortunately for us the Democratic Party leaders have discovered the power of Twitter and their daily press conferences and talk show rounds. Thank od for that!
