Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsAnyone know where to find the actual court documents about the cigar bar meeting?
Let's not forget these words:
This goes, I think, very much to the heart of the what the Special Counsels Office is investigating, special counsel prosecutor Andrew Weissmann told Judge Amy Berman Jackson
I would like to get the facts about what we really know about this meeting at this point.
It is my understanding that the only reason we know anything about the meeting at all is because of court documents submitted by the Mueller team that show Manafort continued to lie after his plea deal. From what I've read, he continued to lie about this meeting.
I would like to read those actual court documents. I've been googling and can only find references to them, not the actual documents.
anyone know where to find them?
thanks

(9,942 posts)it says that Manafort lied about his contacts with Kilimnik.
i don't see where it describes the meeting in the cigar bar, where it took place, any reference to documents that were transferred to Kilimnik.
where is this part documented? where is it coming from?

(9,942 posts)that link goes to the same court document which only says that Manafort lied about his contact with Kilimnik. it doesn't say in there that he gave Kilimnik any documents, or even what the actual lie was, other than it was about Kilimnik.
i can't see anywhere that this talk about passing polling data came from.
