Speaker Pelosi Revokes Mike Pence's House Office Space

https://www.npr.org/2019/03/12/702577175/speaker-pelosi-revokes-mike-pences-house-office-space?utm_campaign=storyshare&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_medium=social

March 12, 2019 at 1:40 PM ET

The speaker giveth, and the speaker taketh away.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., has reclaimed office space her predecessor, Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis., awarded to Vice President Mike Pence.

Republicans gave Pence, a former House member, a first floor bonus office in the U.S. Capitol shortly after President Trump was inaugurated in 2017.

The vice president rarely used the space, but it was a symbolic gesture of the warm relationship Pence enjoyed with Ryan and the House GOP. The vice president serves as the president of the U.S. Senate and historically has been provided an office in the Senate side of the Capitol, which is where Pence more regularly holds court when he visits Congress.

I always use vinegar to clean with. 1/2 water 1/2 white vinegar with a couple drops of essential oil (tea tree, peppermint, etc...) makes an amazing counter and appliance cleaner! A cup of vinegar in with your laundry is great too!

you can google all the many uses for both.

easy drain cleaner--pour baking soda down drain, then vinegar.

a box of baking soda in refrigerator to absorb odors.

baking soda and vinegar as cleanser for stove tops and pan bottoms.

etc., etc., etc.

I am seriously allergic to many chemical cleansers, have been using these two for decades (and MUCH cheaper, too!!)

I buy tons of the stuff and use it for so many things. It works great. Pour it down sinks, clean pollen off the house column in front, soak dishrags in it to soften my hard water, wipe down countertops, pour it into toilets. It even kills weeds (so don't start dumping it in the yard unless you want to kill the grass). It's safe for septic tanks, too.

We may face prison overcrowding issues if all of the people who have engaged in criminal acts in the Trump administration are tried, convicted and sent to prison, a temporary cell in the House may fit the bill.

Pence is almost certain to be as dirty as the rest of them.
