CZECH CITIZENS IN FSB SERVICE
How the Russian intelligence network worked in Prague

The Russian minority representative in the Government Council for National Minorities, Alexei Kelin, is not surprised by the information. "I am not surprised," says Respekt, that a part of the recently discovered network of Russian spies in the Czech Republic was made up of Russians who settled here and received Czech citizenship some time ago. "His award has been opaque in recent years, and corruption has been talked about," says Kelin. What exactly the uncovered news group was doing here was not yet clear, but the first details are now coming to the surface.

Reveal cards

For the fact that the news of the news group of Russians came to the public, President Miloš Zeman can. He has repeatedly criticized BIS's secret service since last year for overestimating the danger of Russian activities in the Czech Republic and, moreover, even if such a danger existed, BIS would not be able to face it.

The last paragraph available before the paywall is translated below. I do not have sufficient knowledge of Czech politics to understand what is really meant and revealed by this article.

I hope I do not disclose any state secrets other than the secret of BIS's inability. In six years, there is not a single indication that even a single Russian or Chinese spy could be detected, ”said President in one of his regular speeches on TV Barrandov, for example. Security backstage experts interpreted his attacks as part of the Castle's efforts to eliminate the inconvenient BIS chief Michal Koudelka, and to keep the secret service at least partially revealing the cards for defense.

"I will just mention at random that we have prevented dozens of Russian and Chinese intelligence officers in their activities over the past five years, either by not granting accreditation, or by leaving them so-called.

What's not paywalled just talked about Russians who acquired Czech citizenship being in some intelligence cell.

Can't find it in other publications, sadly.

16. The only proof is that his cellphone went to Prague

Remember all those burner phones that the feds confiscated when they raided Cohen's apartment and office? Maybe Cohen was holding one or more phones for Donny Jr. or another person. (?)

It sort of looks like Cohen has owned up to everything by now. If he'd gone to Prague in 2016 he would have told Mueller, because Mueller would find out anyway. The Russian hackers needed to be paid in cash or something untraceable like bitcoins, so I'd bet it was Junior who did it.
