I suspect this will be removed to federal court, and if this doesn't warrant the Rule 11 hammer, then I don't know what does.

Can't be removed because lack of diversity. It will be dismissed because it violates the venue provisions of Twitter's terms of service which provides for exclusive venue in San Francisco. If refiled in SF, likely will be dismissed with attorneys fees awarded to cow and mom...

Hard to imagine a bigger Streisand Effect than going to court to stop a troll account from owning you and thus making it a national news story

Apparently the "Devin Nunes' Mom" account is not his actual mother, nor is "Devin Nunes' Cow" account written by his cow. Probably not even a cow at all.

You would probably not be surprised at the number of people who threaten and argue with the fake dead father of the president.
Trump would sue me, but he already squandered all of my money that he inherited.

This is a major and still ignored story. Numerous Trump media figures and pols are mounting ruinous libel and defamation suits that are ridiculous on their face as to the law but meant to impose a shattering price in legal fees for any kind of aggressive coverage or satire.

This contains a lot of funny stuff. But what it actually is is a politician attempting to abuse the judicial process in order to scare people out of criticizing him by proving that he can cost them a lot in legal fees.

So anyway, this is happening.
