I wish I could post two sets of drawings
One set would be:
I-395 into DC: tangled boxes (representing cars) blocking the way into DC. Complete with balloon spirals. stars, etc.
The Capitol Dome: balloons of spirals, stars, gridlock, etc.
DC then I-395 south: reverse the morning.
The other:
In the day, the Capitol dome emits hot air.
That keeps DC warm in the morning as all around it freezes.
