13. I think we were spoiled by all the side indictments

the report triggered.

I think Mueller knows if he made a big splash and arrested people today, there would be chaos.

He's giving Congress the opportunity to do their job.

'The regulations that govern Mr. Mueller, who is under the supervision of the Justice Department, only require him to explain his decisions to either seek or decline to seek criminal charges in a confidential report to the attorney general. The attorney general is then required to notify the leadership of the House and Senate judiciary committees.

During his Senate confirmation hearing, Mr. Barr promised to release as much information as possible, saying “the country needs a credible resolution of these issues.” But he may be reluctant to release the part of Mr. Mueller’s report that may be of most interest: who the special counsel declined to prosecute and why, especially if Mr. Trump is on that list.

The department’s longstanding practice, with rare exceptions, is not to identify people who were merely investigative targets in order to avoid unfairly tainting their reputations, especially because they would have no chance to defend themselves in a court of law. Mr. Rosenstein, who has overseen Mr. Mueller’s work and may have a say in what is released, is a firm believer in that principle.'

3. Correct, and this covers only ONE allegation. . .

. . .collusion with Russia to interfere with the 2016 election.

He has farmed out everything else not related to the Russian collusion allegations to OTHER federal courts (Southern District of NY, Eastern District of VA) PLUS there are various state courts (notably the NY AG) who are anxious to have a whack at the fat pinata in the WH.

So have some patience. There's so much other stuff Trump and associates can get nailed on. And even if impeachment is not on the table by this time next year, we can settle for the complete and utter destruction of the GOP in the state and federal elections

I mean, do you really want Mike Pence as POTUS in the unlikely case of impeachment and conviction? I'd rather we the voters kick the crap out of the GOP in the elections of 2019 and 2020 so that when Trump is forced to leave in January 2021. . .BANG!. . .BUSTED !! Off to the SDNY for indictment and trial.

with our election/democracy. Any other crimes he ran across, he was tasked with the order to refer those to the appropriate jurisdictions, with approval.

4. I think it's meaningful that he didn't file indictments on any family members.

So, I think that means Trump and family escape anything criminal, leaving it to politicians to impeach, if they want.

7. That doesn't matter. What matters is that no indictments were filed....

no Grand Jury called, etc.

You can only pardon after you have been found guilty or plead guilty, or something like that...further down the process. You can't pardon a crime that doesn't exist yet.

"Now, THEREFORE, I, GERALD R. FORD, President of the United States, pursuant to the pardon power conferred upon me by Article II, Section 2, of the Constitution, have granted and by these presents do grant a full, free, and absolute pardon unto Richard Nixon for all offenses against the United States which he, Richard Nixon, has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 20, 1969 through August 9, 1974".

10. If Nixon had been indicted by a State court, Ford could NOT have pardoned him for that.

Presidential pardons apply ONLY to Federal crimes. Nixon got pardoned for his Federal crimes ONLY.

This is why some of us have rejoiced at the many bits and pieces farmed out by Mueller from the very beginning. The Trump Family Business means everything in the world to the Trump Family -- their brand, their money, their real estate, their arrogance, their place in the world.

Their family business is rotten to the core, and currently they are all up shit creek without a paddle, staring at I don't know how many RICO violations. Those are STATE crimes, and Daddy can't fix that.

that a Judge postpones Michael Flynn's sentencing, says he 'sold his country. Flynn willingly stated he would go back and work with Mueller and come back in March...The judge expressed disdain for Flynn..Obviously he now gets NO JAIL time...Where the hell is justice? Take off her blindfold and get rid of the scales cause there sure is no justice when it comes to people committing crimes and let off Scott free

All we've got is Barr's synopsis which was based on his long memo to Trump before being hired about why a POTUS can't be charged with obstruction.
