Who needs the RWNM spinning the release of the Mueller report when half the posts at DU do their work for them? Bunch of worry worts.
Seriously, its like clockwork.

(12,618 posts)I have better things to be doing, like, waiting to see what's actually in the report before I declare myself supreme knower of all things as so many here have done tonight.

(12,618 posts)Many of us who read more about the process saw this as a very likely possibility. And it doesn't mean that this is over or Trump is out of danger. Not by a long shot.

(12,618 posts)But I do know that lots of other people were prepared for something like this and just see it as the beginning of the next step.

(6,377 posts)I was never anticipating Mueller bringing Trump down. Ive been working since day one to beat Trump at the polls in November 2020.

(7,667 posts)what would happen once the report was handed in. Regardless of the report, people are worried about a lot of things, and justifiably so.

(535 posts)Granted, we need to see what's in the report first. But I would forgive the hand-wringing given the way things have been going since June 2015. Instead we could highlight the other ongoing investigations to bolster morale on DU rather than berate legitimate concern.

(115,900 posts)There is a crime called conspiracy, but it can be hard to prove if you don't have some record of what the alleged conspirators did, said, or intended to do. Maybe the evidence they had didn't amount to proof beyond a reasonable doubt, and in the federal system, prosecutors won't try to indict unless they have evidence likely to convince a trial jury, beyond a reasonable doubt, of all elements of the crime.
