I read that article today and tried to be objective. You might pick at the wording here or there but overall, what he is saying is not an unreasonable account of what unfolded.

Barr's letter doesn't really address it.

The rush to impartial judgment on obstruction - to clear his GOP president - his boss, is as flawed as him going against the Independent Counsel looking into the White House and blessing the pardon of the Iran-Contra criminals to protect his GOP president - his boss, GHW Bush.

This all stinks.
