Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsThe next ploy by Barr and the Republican Party will be to slow walk the Mueller Report and release
by piece meal to stall and deprive the American people from seeing the criminal behavior of all the people who lied and obstructed the investigation. Trump will then refuse to work with the House to get any of the issues the American people want Congress to address. Barr's report is so incomplete he didn't even give us any idea about the length the report was.

(20,211 posts)They are better off tearing off the bandaid and exposing Trump for whatever he did or did not do. By the time the election has rolled around, many people will have forgotten about it.
When Comey brought up Clinton's e-mails again right before the election, it was deadly. Trump can stall all he wants, but the longer he waits, the closer it is to the election. That is to OUR advantage, not his. The truth WILL come out.

(10,914 posts)They'll ignore all requests to release. They'll fight any/all subpoenas. If overruled, they'll probably just ignore the courts.
The goal is to drag this into 2020 and beyond.
