I don't believe DJT has a choice but to bury the report.

To release it in it's entirety would likely be political suicide, not just for him, but for much of his party as well.

When the report summary was released Trump seemed as surprised as the rest of us. Assuming he had a few days preview of Barr's decision, it was last week that he changed from using "no collusion!" as a mantra to attacking those who put the investigation into motion. Then he ran off to Mara Lago to bite bullets until it was officially announced.

He was surprised because he knew he colluded. He beat that, but he didn't know if there would be obstruction charges against him and his family. Nothing in his actions in the past two years have been that of a man who knew he was innocent all along.

Now he's like a wounded animal that we have backed into a corner, and he's going to do something drastic. He has to. Resignation is his only other option, but he'll bite first.

1. I really don't think so. Sounds like we know most of what is in it, and have known for months.

GOPers couldn't care less about his crimes, and a lot of Independents don't either. Unless the report details something we haven't even imagined, this won't get trump. Obstruction was never going to bring him down, and everyone knew Russia helped him. Unless Mueller has a tape of him telling Putin he's going to starve Coal Miners and factory workers, it won't matter. It's friggin sad, but true.

3. Yeah but you know how much of the stuff average people didn't catch/see as this went down?

The presentation of the ALL THE STUFF together, by the media, in concentrated form, including things that only those of us RussiaGate nerds ever really knew about ... could be totally devastating if done well, and done under the rubric of 'this was found by Mueller' as opposed to being 'According to WaPo' or whatnot.

Mueller could've found plenty of stuff we DON'T know about, too.

And if it DOES contradict Barr's report in the sense that 'collusion' was decidedly 'found', and he lied saying it 'wasn't established'? Then stonewalled for weeks and months?

It could get pretty bad for Trump.

As such, we're never going to see it.

when the voted for him. I remember a video recently of some ignorant white winger being asked how he felt about Russia helping trump get elected. His response was, "Don't care how he was elected, just glad he was."
