If there is evidence of obstruction in the "How to Crown A King Report" then what?

Do the Democrats impeach? If they are not going to impeach because they are afraid the Republicans won't convict then what's the point of getting the report? It doesn't matter what's in it. It will just turn into an argument.

I want to see how the report explains how there was no conspiracy. It may say something like this. Yes, Trump and his people met secretly with Russian spies and lied about it, but that is not a crime.

1. Steps

1) Democrats should get the full unredacted report

2) House Democrats evaluate the evidence and make public what they can

3) If evidence found, then write up articles of impeachment

4) Vote on articles of impeachment in the committee (I think Judiciary)

5) Full House votes on impeachment

2. I think its like Jeremy Bash said on MSNBC the other day -

trump asked for help from the Russians, received it, benefitted from it, and rewarded it.

That ain't NOTHIN'!! Seems like it should be actionable.
