Fox News host Sean Hannity couldn’t help but get in a dig at MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow on Wednesday, dubbing her a “conspiracy theorist” and “nationwide laughingstock” for her coverage of the Russia investigation.

“[We’ve] got to demand accountability for those so-called networks, that call themselves news networks, and their disgusting conspiratorial coverage every second, minute, hour of every day,” Hannity began, before his interview with President Donald Trump.

He added: “Last night we called out the chief conspiracy theorist at NBC news, Rachel Maddow. Making a fortune at the expense of her viewers. Filling their minds with pure fiction and creating a sense of any second now, we got him, we caught him. They want to quench their anti-Trump hatred.”

Noting that now the Mueller “witch hunt” is officially over, “the truth has been laid bare for all to see.”
