Pharmo Bro Martin Shkreli wont be doing much shot-calling anymore.
He was reportedly tossed into solitary confinement following a report last month that claimed he was still running his business from behind bars, according to a Forbes report Monday.
The Wall Street Journal described in early March how Shkreli used a contraband cell phone to make decisions at Phoenixus AG, including firing his handpicked chief executive, Kevin Mulleady. Shkreli later allegedly agreed to make it a suspension.
The Bureau of Prisons would not confirm to Forbes whether the former exec was in solitary confinement.

(21,578 posts)can the people on the other end of the phone be charged with any kind of a crime? surely if it is wrong to use a contraband phone to run your business from prison, it is wrong to be the one enabling him by taking the calls when you know he's locked up.
