Trump's Federal judges will fuck us for many years to come

The Republican Party has spent decades trying to destroy the Constitution. They couldn't succeed because there were too many people who knew what they were up to and had the power to block them.

But once the Orange Creature was in the White House, the door to fucking America was wide open.

Take the federal judiciary. Trump has spent two years appointing federal judges, all wingnuts or various psychos, who were totally unqualified to judge a beauty contest of roaches. And the Republicans approved them all.

Come 2020, imo, we will have a Democratic president and a Democratic senate.

But we will still have a mostly wingnut judiciary. And there's virtually no way to get rid of them.

After all, how does one go about impeaching about 1/3 of the federal judiciary?

We don't.

What I find amazing is that we consider ourselves "the good guys," and we consider the thugs "the bad guys." it's incredible how they keep winning. Maybe we're not that good and maybe their not that bad. But we sure as hell care more about humanity then they do.

I guess the bottom line is that even when we win, we lose.

Is this acceptable in a democracy? Is it acceptable that the bad guys always end up fucking the majority?

No one can write a perfect Constitution. But our founding fathers did a pretty good job (even though they fucked the slaves and women, among others).

ls it possible to create a Constitution that protects the rights of each and every individual? Is it possible to write a Constitution that forbids the Trump's of the world from attaining power? Is it possible to bring into being a Constitution that protects every human single human being in this country from the corruption and, yes, evil, of the few? Is it possible for us humans to imagine a Constitution that will bring justice to each and every human being?

I don't know. But it's a worthy goal. A goal that will protect us from the criminality and the drive toward fascism of the past two years.

In the meantime, we're stuck with a judiciary that has biased fingers on the scales of justice. And they'll be there for decades to come.

This is unacceptable.
