There's something going on in his speech center. He absolutely could not say the word "origins." It came out "oranges" every time. There's a lesion in there. If I were a doctor, he'd be in the machine right away, to rule out a brain bleed or a tumor.

it's one thing to mispronounce that word, once, but he recognized that he said it wrong and tried two more times, before switching to the word "beginnings." Even he was surprised he couldn't speak the word. He knew the word he meant to say, but could not say it. It's some type of Paraphasia.
