(Sullivan), although I am aware that there are Irish people named Williams and Smith, those are basically Anglo names.

A quick scan shows:
California and New Mexico have three Hispanic names, Texas has two
Hawaii has three Asian names
Just about every state has Smith as a top three, and many have Johnson (those without Smith are CA, NM, and HI)
Five of the six New England states have Brown in the top three
Surprisingly only four states have Jones in the top three
