If Barr covered things up as bad as it's sounding, Democrats should call for his resignation

The fact that Barr didn't use Mueller's summary alone, shows he is a political hack and not an honest broker. Dems should go ballistic if it's as bad as some of the most recent articles suggest! Hopefully this will turn into Trump's "Mission Accomplished" moment but it needs to be utilized hardcore!

1. So I guess if Barr believes a POTUS can't obstruct justice, it follows

that in his mind the POTUS's AG can't obstruct justice. He should hope his legal intuition is correct?

2. His "summary" was pre-packaged.

I think Barr told Mueller to wrap it up prematurely, because the lesser players had already been indicted, and he (Mueller) was about to tighten the noose on the inner circle, major players. So, Barr had a "summary" ready to drop once Mueller turned in his report.

Has anyone but me wondered if the reason Mueller didn't make the call on obstruction because he wasn't finished with his case when Barr cut him off? A good prosecutor wouldn't make a call unless ALL his ducks were in order, and if Barr closed down the investigation prematurely, Mueller wouldn't speculate on it's conclusions.

The first question he should be asked is whether Barr told him to shut it down.

5. Don't call for his resignation, just impeach him...

Who cares if the Senate convicts or not? Just do it, it will help de-legitimize every action he takes thereafter.

6. It shouldn't be long before Trump goes after him for not being able to protect him 100%

Imo, Barr believed he could outsmart the Dems. He convinced Trump of it. But I hear the fan blades starting to pick up speed.

7. What about Rosenstein? Barr said he was involved in the conclusion that there was no obstruction.

That could mean that Barr and Rosenstein together came to that conclusion and decided to declare it.

Or it could mean the Barr just asked Rosenstein a question which he answered then published Barr's predetermined conclusion without Rosenstein's assistance or assent.
