It is simpler than simple: Barr had NO NEED to render opinion on any part of the Mueller Report.

The report is given to the AG who then gives it to Congress. The requirement that it go to the AG was to prevent the disgusting spectacle of Ken Starr delivering truckloads of partisan (right wing in that case) hatred on live TV.

Barr would have served EVERYONE better had he kept his fucking mouth should, his pen capped and done the job Congress intended him to do.

I hope the Mueller investigators, each and every one of them, provide insight to Congress under oath. If they say what I think they will say, the citizenry could well take up pitchfork and torches and come for Barr's head on a pike.

Mueller and Barr subpoenaed to testify before a House committee in public, together.

I think Trump is having a nervous breakdown. I know he plays dumb for his base but he isn't that good of an actor.
