These people are either foolish or cruel: your "professional life" ended this afternoon. Realists began composing an epitaph for your career on the day you agreed to assist Trump in ripping babies from their mothers' arms and warehousing poor brown people in outdoor cages under highway overpasses.

Yes, I'm sure their will be offers of paid speaking engagements before extremist right-wing anti-immigrant racist groups like the various militias, Klan wannabes and CPAC. And, some wacko publishing house front group will likely offer you a "book deal". But, please don't be misled about having a "professional life" that does not include many repetitions of "Would you like fries with that?"
