They approved subpoenas a couple working days ago and there are still no subpoenas and Trump hasn't been arrested! Isn't it clear that it was a bluff?

Congress does not act instantly. It takes its time, which is frustrating for those who have no concept of how government actually functions.

"In due time..." That's the concept. That's not going to change.
