"Acting" members that he installs do not require Congressional approval, and their jobs totally depend on his whims.
Can the 25th amendment be invoked by acting cabinet members, or only by the real ones approved by Congress? And if it can, does it still go forward if the acting members are immediately fired?
Have not seen her episode yet, I do have it DVR though
