And if you want to enhance the chances of a ruling in your favor, be ready to show the court that you extended every courtesy and every opportunity for Barr to comply with Congress' lawful authority. Show the judge that despite precedent and the law, the Attorney General failed and refused to respond to a reasonable and lawful request from Congress.

If there's going to be a conflict that might perhaps rise to a constitutional crisis, make sure you have your procedural ducks in a row.
