If he did I doubt he could understand or even read it.

Playing ignorant or disbelief doesn’t change his awareness of his guilt.

Everyone around him knows he is guilty.

but he knows what MIGHT be in it.

The fact that he is still touting the phony results, indicates he is more surprised by them than anyone.
His behavior can only be explained by his knowledge of guilt.
