Mnuchins letter earlier this week said Neals request raises serious issues concerning the constitutional scope of congressional investigative authority.

(10,274 posts)When we investigate or oversight anything, or ask 3 hours of questions of someone possibly guilty of obstruction of justice at the president's demand, that's just us hating America, as we all know we sooooo do.
But when they grill Hillary for 11 fucking hours, and still don't find do much as a fingernail clipping on the floor, well that's just exactly what oversight is for, doncha know..
