Pelosi accuses Barr of 'single-minded effort' to protect Trump against Mueller report
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) accused Attorney General William Barr of a "single-minded effort" to protect President Trump ahead of the release of special counsel Robert Mueller's report.
"AG Barr has thrown out his credibility & the DOJ’s independence with his single-minded effort to protect @realDonaldTrump above all else," Pelosi tweeted.
"The American people deserve the truth, not a sanitized version of the Mueller Report approved by the Trump Admin."

Pelosi linked to a New York Times report that White House lawyers and Department of Justice officials have discussed details of Mueller's report before its release to the public, which is expected Thursday.
