But he can get arrested. He can't tell all.

I'm certain there is a severe penalty on what he can't say. He can't even keep a backup of the report for himself. He may however be able to say something, but his job was solely to do as he did and present his report to the AG. He might not want to say more.

4. Just found a Brookings article. All Mueller was required

To do was to deliver report to AG and it specifically says Confidential. So, guess that we are seeing anything (by reg/law) is something.

But still can't see what could happen to Mueller if he spoke out. Guess it would be "divulging confidential DOJ information". Doesn't sound like something that would only get you a slap in hand.

All we can hope is that the report will cast more doubt on MF45 and affect his approval numbers. All that matters
