Here's what Barr press conference will be about I predict

He will lay out his case to open investigations into "spying" on tRump.

This will provide a distraction and cover.

tRump will be able to say this was all a witch hunt and he's the victim of these partisan "lies" about him.

I'm pretty sure this is the goal.
This is the angle to soften the impact.
