The White House Rebuttal Report.....
From what I'm hearing now is that Mueller has listed a number of instances of Trump's Obstruction of Justice. Mueller has thrown the ball to Congress now to settle this based on Impeachment.
I heard this a.m. that the WH will have a Rebuttal Report made available.
My guess is that the White House Rebuttal Report has been constructed to provide the Senate Repugs with talking points against voting for the impeachment of Trump. My guess is that they will take each of Mueller's points of where he thought Obstruction of Justice was committed by Trump and provide the Repugs with ways to talk around it so that they will be able to not vote for impeachment.
