For example Part 2 is about Trump's possible Obstruction. The beginning of Part 2 in the executive summary Mueller decided he wouldn't make a determination about the Obstruction. Barr could have written that himself after he took the report from Mueller.

We need to hear from Mueller, and we need to know what was in there before he handed it over to Barr.

Impeachment is now in order. Once the proceedings begin Congress gains all rights to questioning anyone and everyone without argument. At least, that is my understanding. I'm open for correction.
