Trump is guilty of this crime in plain sight: 18 U.S. Code  3. Accessory after the fact

Trump and his campaign knew the Russians had hacked the DNC, Hillary, Podesta and were interfering in our election, but publicly said they weren't - vouching and covering for them when in office, and repeatedly covering for them as a candidate.

18 U.S. Code § 3. Accessory after the fact
U.S. Code
Notes
Authorities (CFR)

Whoever, knowing that an offense against the United States has been committed, receives, relieves, comforts or assists the offender in order to hinder or prevent his apprehension, trial or punishment, is an accessory after the fact.

Except as otherwise expressly provided by any Act of Congress, an accessory after the fact shall be imprisoned not more than one-half the maximum term of imprisonment or (notwithstanding section 3571) fined not more than one-half the maximum fine prescribed for the punishment of the principal, or both; or if the principal is punishable by life imprisonment or death, the accessory shall be imprisoned not more than 15 years.

You can't indict a sitting... BULLSHIT!!! Every state in this country can indict their own Governor - that's what keeps them from being called kings!!

That DOJ rule is a joke and there's no Constitutional basis for it.

If you couldn't indict a president for a crime - why did we just waste 2 years on a CRIMINAL investigation of a PRESIDENT??!!

Quotes from the report (pasted from Daily Kos):

But Mueller also concluded that Congress's proper function in this situation was to exercise its powers under our constitutional system of checks and balances to make sure that no person is above the law. "We concluded that Congress has authority to prohibit a President's corrupt use of his authority in order to protect the integrity of the administration of justice," Mueller wrote.

Mueller also explained why this is constitutionally proper. “Congress can permissibly criminalize certain obstructive conduct by the President, such as suborning perjury, intimidating witnesses, or fabricating evidence, because those prohibitions raise no separation-of-powers questions."

Meuller’s report is a call to action for Congress, regardless of “the math”.
