QUESTION: How Do We Know Russia Isn't Aiding Trumps Campaign Right Now!?!?
It looks like empirically Russians aided Trump and the Trump campaign helped Russia in the aiding.
What are we to do about this in the upcoming election.
My Solution: Pressure the dem candidates on this issue

(22,124 posts)or the like onto media that can be easily hacked ... with the digital world, anything can be faked and/or hacked.
A closed system should be used or no system should be used, that is, be either totally open w/ all on what you will do, or restrict severely who'll see any campaign logistics etc. that could contain sensitive materials. Perhaps encode materials on sensitive platforms with changing IDs and/or passwords every 5-10 minutes or so, e.g., ID abcde, password for 1st 10 minutes would be pswd1, next 10 minutes, pswd2, etc. (use one of several algorithms available to the user). They do have systems that can be protected w/ a password generator, that generates a password every so often, and keeps in sync w/ the password on the mainframe too, thus both sets are in sync, so when an user logs in, they input the current password being shown on their 'password' generator, and it should match up w/ the password on the mainframe. If it doesn't, no login is permitted.
Nefarious players will probably fake materials out there, write malicious articles on candidates, or worse (and I'm not talking about just the Russians, I'm talking republicans too). Thus, a strong media presence on the part of democratic candidates (a robust website, etc.) would be a good idea, to quickly counteract any negative articles, etc.
I know that we're all for full and open dialogue, but in today's world, it doesn't hurt to be prepared to react quickly and decisively.

(6,043 posts)They may well have a preference in the Dem primary or may decide to back any republican opponent to trump if he is deemed too too problematic.
I think any candidate who does not forcefully denounce Russian interference and anti-democracy behaviors is not fully trustworthy.

(453 posts)And don't forget the Israeli band of Netanyahu supporters. They are all out there. And they will be out there helping Trump again. We must prevail by voting him out of office if Congress does not impeach him.
