When quoting page numbers in the Mueller report, please note...

There is a combined report circulating with 448 pages. Volume II starts on page 208 of this version. The PDF page numbers are different from the actual page numbers typeset at the bottom of every page.

In other words, page 1 of Volume II, is actually PDF page 213 of the combined version. The Table of Contents also mess things up.

I've noticed on TV people are quoting different page numbers for Volume II depending upon whether they are quoting PDF page number, actual page numbers, OR whether they are referring to the combined volumes or separate volumes.

For example...

In this Tweet, Kyle Griffin cites "page 300" of the combined report PDF. This is a PDF page number of the combined volumes... The actual citation should be "Volume II, page 88" (as typeset on the bottom of the page)...
