THIRTY YEARS AGO tonight, Neil Armstrong became the first human being to walk on the moon.
Fifteen years ago last month, I became one of Neil Armstrong's golf partners.
The first event will be remembered longer than the second. By him and billions of others.
The occasion was a Pro-Am tournament near my former home in Ohio. It was for charity. This may explain why the Pro-Am organizer paired me with Armstrong, who deserved better. If you've seen my swing, you know why.
