One passing mention to Konstantin Rykov in the report.
Page 74, Footnote 288.
"Russian-government-connected individuals and media entities began showing interest in Trump's campaign in the months after he announced his candidacy in June 2018. (Fn 288) For example, on August 18, 2015, on behalf of the editor-in-chief of the internet newspaper Vzglyad, Georgi Asatryan emailed campaign press secretary Hope Hicks asking for a phone or in-person candidate interview. 8/18/15 Email, Asatryan to Hicks. One day earlier, the publication's founder (and former Russian parliamentarian) Konstantin Rykov had registered two Russian websites--Trump2016.ru and DonaldTrump2016.ru. No interview took place."
Rykov is a de-facto Kremlin propagandist (directly recruited by Putin's former chief of staff and confidant Vladislav Surkov) who posted a confession Facebook several days after the 2016 election claiming he ran a concerted social media campaign from Russia to get Trump elected using Cambridge Analytica data, hacked information and Wikileaks. Rykov said he was inspired by a picture he saw of Trump on Election Day 2012 (which he claims Trump directly sent to him). Rykov also posted about Carter Page being in Moscow "for other reasons" back in July 2016 and even tagged his online rival, former ambassador Michael McFaul, into his postings.
I came across Rykov's confession back in July 2017:

I've written about him considerably since then, including a five part report that starts here:
