The moron's kids and Jared are off the hook

according to Ari Melber MSNBC. He said the report found that they didn't understand what is and isn't legal or knowledge about what is a crime to be found guilty by Mueller. Did anyone else hear this? Is ignorance of the law being applied to them? What do we do about this in Congressional investigations?

And a whole ton more laws that at least require proving 'intent to violate the law'. Which means if you didn't know it was illegal, you have an automatic defense. May not always WORK, mind you, but it's a 'valid defense'.

Campaign Finance violations are among such laws.

which are those where all you have to do is commit the act to be guilty of it. But the violation of election finance laws is a specific intent crime. In other words, you have to know it's a violation of election finance laws to accept something of value from a foreign source to be guilty of that crime.

and they did it anyway. Not sure the 'we're too stupid to commit a decent crime' gambit goes w this. We arent stupid. Congress needs to grill mueller. Why cant Mueller accept cming to congress but make arrangements to come much earlier. if not, he's suspect too. jmho.

and they will be investigated up the wazoo for their involvement with trump company business in relation to their own dealings while daddy was in office. Additionally they will be under extreme scrutiny from NY. So it'll probably be a combination of the probes that will hang them up.

We all know that trump does nothing but dirty shit and launder money. The trump family companies will be under scrutiny long after he is no longer in the picture. With his kids have no skills other than being trust fund babies with no usefulness to anybody. People are going to avoid them like the fricking plague and those foreign bucks are going to dry up.

Soon, all 3 of them will find themselves trust fund babies with, no "carrer", no friends, no trust and no fund. They might have skirted jail in this instance, but their path to irrelevancy is going to be long, winding, and satisfying for those seeking schadenfreude.

entirely clear on what the law was. There are 2 forms of justice in this country: 1 for the fat cats and the other for the rest of us.
