I agree 100%.
I put less than 50/50 odds on Nancy Pelosi starting impeachment and 0 odds that the Senate would convict/remove.
It's much more politically expedient to use the House to deep dive into every aspect of the Mueller report plus his other scandals up until election day 2020.
