If Trump's not worthy of impeachment, maybe we should just cut out the clause entirely?

Two points here:

1. A Democrat will be President again some day, and you know Republicans will try to impeach this future President because they didn't cross a T on a document or, maybe with the way Republicans are going, they value human lives over confederate statues. Why should we have this hanging over our head when Republicans won't?

2. Once a President is in, they're in for 4 years barring removal. Maybe people will take Presidential elections more seriously and not vote for the clown as some sort of joke vote. Your vote will have a lot of consequences if we're stuck with that President for 4 years.

Getting 67 votes in the Senate. Waste of time.

Now,we found out today Weasel Burr was doing the same thing Nunes was.

it's never actually been successful against a President or really very many federal officers at all except for some judges.

The threat of it was successful once against a President.

So, yeah...the two thirds requirement is a really high bar.

While Pelosi is passing bill after bill showing voters what Democrats can do if elected.

We need to fight for the Senate and Presidency so voters will go to the polls. The election would be here before an impeachment.

and not do impeachment.

The two are related, in that to do the latter you have to do the former, but you can also do the former and never do the latter.

If it can't be used against someone as corrupt and evil as Trump, it'll never be used against ANY president. It's a complete fucking waste of a clause.

We have the report that shows what Trump, his co- horts and family have done. Now, we let the members of Congress expose it all. Lay out just how corrupt and immoral they all are.

That includes Barr. After what he has done in the time he has been in office his reputation is mud. How on earth he thought he could cover the filth is beyond me.

His Daughter and Son going to work for Trump is a good example of how he and his wife taught them. Sitting in Church every week must not have helped.
