Congress uses its authority. If they do not, then a person can be above the law.

Completely agree

If he is not impeached then he is above the law and the bar set in such a way that every President in future can do as they wish. The laws be damned.

I think we need to get the Republicans to openly and publicly state for the record that this is what they are going with. It holds up to logic, right? These laws were written for men...not for deities or superhuman demigod-types.

I mean, this is how it is for them, isn't it? Their disgusting orange God Emperor is infallible; mere human standards cannot be taken to apply....
