Clearly, the Mueller report contained no such claim, nor did it provide any legal language that made such a declaration.

There are now two very different Americas — one where Trump is an embattled, unappreciated, patriotic superhero; and the other SANE America, where Trump is so crooked that he should be banished to Siberia.
