It's by the great Nobel Prize winner Joseph Stieglitz. He's always advocated for this.

I see it as Capitalism for the Masses. Regulations were a part of Adam Smiths plan.

I don't understand that Democratic leaders don't quote Adam Smith. Smith would be considered a liberal if he was around today.
