The Impeachment question.

First, it’s not a question at all. The misconduct outlined in the Mueller report demands impeachment. If the House does not impeach, then the president is king and above the law. If the Democratic majority in the House doesn’t do this, a lot of voters are going to throw their hands up and walk away. This absolutely will happen.

How to conduct the impeachment is the question. The Senate is going to do very little or no review of anything. McConnell will force them to “move on”. The House must conduct and complete their investigations of the White House. They must get the tax returns. They must get the unredacted report. Mueller must testify. The other law enforcement investigations must make their findings public. All of that needs to be dropped on the table in the House and the Impeachment resolution must be introduced and passed.

The point of all this additional homework is to create a weight of evidence so vast that even GOP partisans who will never vote for it will be forced by their constituents to explain why, over and over and over again. If this is done properly, regardless of whether the Senate votes to remove Trump, a lot of Republican House and Senate members will be sent home in disgust by their constituents.

So the main question the voters have to answer in 2020, perhaps the only question, is are we a nation of laws or not? If impeachment doesn’t happen, voters will have that question answered for them: No, we are not.

And that would be how the Democratic Party manages to lose the House, Senate and Presidency next year.

do her duty to America and the Constitution. Conduct a thorough hearing as part of the articles of impeachment, take 6 months or more and replicate Mueller's investigations

I also think that something is going on right now in the House; maybe they know something that we don't about President Flabs. The House must do as much investigating and still perform their regular duties. I also feel like by the end of the year something big has to happen otherwise it's a slow decline of confidence up until the primaries. Fight and "get angry" is the only think people have been fueled on. If the House isn't doing that themselves they they will be replaced by Red or something else???!
