I do like Neal Katyal. Very smart and lays out his points neatly and understandable. n/t (Original Post) monmouth4 Apr 2019 OP
Yup.. One can see why he's argued 39 cases before SCOTUS. Very eloquent. hlthe2b Apr 2019 #1

Mueller's statement that Mueller could not indict trump, no matter how criminal the evidence is, works against trump. That is, criminal evidence must be dealt with. It will be dealt with by impeachment.

Again:

'The terms tactic and strategy are often confused: tactics are the actual means used to gain an objective, while strategy is the overall campaign plan, which may involve complex operational patterns, activity, and decision-making that govern tactical execution.'

that some on DU hope that when Mueller appears before Congress, he can be pressured to take a more aggressive posture against trump. My guess, is that Mueller might well not do that.

However, he may be somewhat more likely, and better positioned to, do something more 'strategically' important. That is, under questioning, judiciously explain the barr v. Mueller problems. That could judiciously cut the legal and political legs out from barr - whose reach and range would be limited, [remotely similar to a Monty Python character villain]. This is all my own opinion here.

However, I think someone on DU quoted Seth Abramson as citing the great importance of barr to trump.

and his doing so will provide fodder for Dems to ACT.

He won't, imo, take an aggressive posture against anyone, but FACTS!
