That is not a quote from anyone. It is simply a sentence I made up for the purpose of this post.

That does not take impeachment off the table, but neither does it put it there. What it DOES do is offer a framing and a reason to go all the way to calling Trump's proctologist and subpoenaing said proctologist's rubber gloves.
