But tells Mueller Trum pnever said such a thing. Wonder if Coates knows Mueller interviewed his aides. Sure sounds like he brazenly lied to Mueller. The Mueller interviews were conducted just 3 months after Coates's conversation with Trump. He can't claim he forgot about such an unusual and emotionally jarring conversation.

know witnesses lied but chose to prosecute some and not others. Perhaps Coates falls into the latter category because his testimony was otherwise truthful and useful.
