What Lies Beneath

I‘ve no doubt that millions of thinking people have mulled this question over and over in their minds for at least the past year – and for many of us, longer than that:

”What has caused this many elected Republicans to lie for, cover-up for, perjure themselves for, and protect and defend this ‘pResident’?

I understood the motive in the very early days of this administration. The GOP quickly realized that they’d elected an impulsive, loud-mouthed, not-too-bright pOTUS, and were putting the best face on it they could.

But the complete 180s – like Lindsey Graham, et al – were staggering in their breadth, and whiplash-inducing in their speed.

And now they’ve gone far beyond that. They are supporting their “pResident’s” illegal actions, and are participating in illegal actions of their own.

Why would any office-holding Republican risk their political lives while selling-out their country?

Well, it’s like this, Republicans: We have no choice but to think you guilty of some horrific, career-killing behaviour in your past, or that you have money in bank accounts you can’t explain, or you are currently involved in some criminal, immoral, and illegal enterprise.

The sad thing is that having watched you betray your own countrymen in order to protect and serve a man who is so obviously corrupt, there is literally nothing we now believe is beneath you.

Barnyard animals? Sex-trafficking children? Selling crack in schoolyards? Someone in possession of 8 x 10 glossies of a you, a live boy and a dead girl, caught by surprise in some sleazy motel room?

You see, there was a time when we would have heard allegations like that and said, “Oh, not him – he would never do that.” “He may be a Republican, but even he wouldn’t stoop that low.”

Well, those days are gone. At this point, we believe you capable of anything – no matter how low, how corrupt, how depraved.

Your “pResident” is defying clear law and ignoring the Constitution – and you are aiding and abetting him every step of the way.

I don’t know what skeletons are lurking in your closets – but they’ve got to be yuuge and bigly! given the depths you are willing to sink to in order to keep them hidden.

There is simply no other explanation for your behaviour, other than that you have been ‘compromised’ in some way.

Remember that your ”pResident” idolizes Putin – a man who is known to manipulate and control via the use of kompromat. Even the dumbest puppet learns something at his master’s knee.

And here’s another thing to remember: The truth always outs. And what lies beneath your willingness to be manipulated will eventually be exposed, no matter what.

Along with the fact that they are a bunch of very angry old white men, totally despicable to their pus filled cores who want to go out with a total destruction of Democracy and any and all laws. All their putrid lives they have dreamed of going back in time and do anything and everything they desired with no retribution.

When I was in the Corporate world, I swore that many of the CEO's I ran into, and their top VP's and executives were true Psychopaths, but in a socially acceptable role.

They were ecstatic and absolutely gleeful anytime they screwed their customers, and employees. It was sick sick sick......

I bailed out of the corporate executive world and haven't ever looked back. Many of the people who stayed in and succumbed to their methods and actions tell me it is much worse today than decades ago.....absolutely ruthless. I ask them why they stayed, and it always boiled down to the same thing: "the money".......

They have all just about accomplished their goal: Turn the Democracy to Fascism. Fascism by definition is the merging of Government and Corporations. Welcome to the COA.....Corporations of America. Look no further than today when he appoints an executive from a defense contractor (Boeing) with no government experience to head the Dept of Defense. That alone should frighten every U.S. citizen to death.........That and his other appointed, know nothing, who is ordering an aircraft carrier group off shore near IRAN......

All these scum of the earth, every night of their lives, have wet dreams of POWER and MONEY. They are all euphoric they have reached their goal........

In private the Repubs hold their collective noses, tsk tsk the Dolt in Chief and publicly clutch their pearls when necessary, but inwardly are smiling while the clowns of this misAdministration are doing their level best to dismantle as much of the effectiveness of government agencies and programs as possible during their tenure. Or, as Ford stated, "enabling RW agendas." Putting up with the Dolt is their tradeoff for all the daily distractions that help them cover the hatchet work that is being done.

Shameful... but they have no shame.

They had planned to ride into Baghdad with GHWB. Colin Powell saw the trap of an unsupported invasion leading to an unending war and stopped short at the border. They will never forgive him for that. It is also why Cheney lied to him to empower the lies told to the UN.

Bolton was with them then and now he's ginning up to provoke and then invade Iran. Netanyahu and His Royal Nastiness are herding the GOP and AIPAC driven Dems down that slippery slope.

The Business Plot was an alleged political conspiracy in 1933 in the United States. Retired Marine Corps Major General Smedley Butler claimed that wealthy businessmen were plotting to create a fascist veterans' organization with Butler as its leader and use it in a coup d'état to overthrow President Franklin D. Roosevelt. In 1934, Butler testified before the United States House of Representatives Special Committee on Un-American Activities (the "McCormack-Dickstein Committee&quot on these claims.[1] No one was prosecuted.

At the time of the incidents, news media dismissed the plot, with a New York Times editorial characterizing it as a "gigantic hoax".[2] While historians have questioned whether or not a coup was actually close to execution, most agree that some sort of "wild scheme" was contemplated and discussed.[3][4][5][6]

I've become convinced there's a hidden network of financial support and psychological bribery floating above the GOP that guarantees any of their politicians a comfortable income, but only if they toe the hard right-wing line.

If they fail, they're guaranteed a lifetime of shame and drastically reduced income.

We know there's a big supply of international billionaires willing to participate in that scheme that OWN the GOP. Those of high wealth around the globe know that if they help fund the USA's GOP party, they will be rewarded and they do this by contributing to right-wing think tanks, covert psych-op groups and political campaigns.

These invisible evil people do know how to network......

Imagine what we could do if we weren't afraid? (And I mean ALL of us.)
A Money trail, Criminal corruption charges, and physical proof of evil deeds and unhinged sexual escapades that would make Nero blush, will be the ultimate truth. Whether we are brave enough to face what we've allowed to happen since 2016, is the query of the day.
ALL the above, while telling US to adhere to the Good Book, and trust to, 'that they are too.' (After all....they swore that 'oath'. To prove it right?) Moral control. With true positions of power. Real "dange-y" (dangerous).
Then pipe in hate radio, and fox 'news', and right wing nutjobs on youtube, and, that's quite a hardcore bunch of 'anti-persons' the gop has created there.
Imagine what tump will say when the evidence arises. Fake. Fake. Fake. CGI. Wasn't me.
Here's some thoughts for perusal,..
Ever wonder if most of these schmoes(SP?) hate themselves for what they've done and would come clean if they could? Ever wonder? That maybe at one time they WERE good people. And if they could, they'd have done it differently? That they DO love this country like we do, but, have effed things up so bad that they're just in too deep and will lose everything if they stop? I believe there are enough of them that would gladly shift to Democrats if they were forgiven and they vote w us to impeach in the Senate and convict trump. To end this nightmare.
I wonder if we offered the gop a onetime, AMNESTY FOR AMERICA, if they'd take it? If we told them, "We are going to let you 'turn in your guns' and confess to what you've done, but, there are going to be some 'parole terms', namely that they become Democrats for voting while we decide the fate of the country and untie what they've done.
THE GREAT AMERICAN AMNESTY.......Would they do it?
If it would end this....would we do consider it?

Anyone who believes Russian intelligence only made a run at Trump years ago is being naive. Clearly they've been working many other political and corporate figures for decades, gradually developing kompromat as an investment for the future. Sometimes it pans out, most times it doesn't, but they really hit pay dirt with Donald J. Trump.

you are right, 100%...what have the Russians dug from all these republicans' past that they now have them by the balls?

Yes, Graham's 180 degree turn, after an 18 hole Golf game, was impressive and I know for sure that it was not the buffoon's golf skills that enamored Graham, something else did it...

As always, great job, and eye opener for the naive like me.
